“ Authentic Bolivian "Arani style" salteñas. Having lived in Cochabamba 7 years, I've long searched for a true salteña here in the US (most just don't get the pastry right). Though no quail egg, a piece of chicken egg served well and the juice inside was savory and a little sweet. (picante salteñas are available if ordered in advance). And the smell of them hot out of the oven brought me back to the "llajta". This is a home-based catering service, so don't expect a sit-down or store setting. Well done! My search has ended! ”
